This is a new category on the blog : lirevite.

Lirevite is a speed reading application for pocketpc.

The principle is very simple, a text is displayed on the screen a word at a time. This could increase (or train to increase) the reading speed on a small screen device.

This software accepts text files (.txt files which must be on your document folder or on an eternal memory card), but it must convert to is own format (.sr). The conversion is made with the "Convert" menu item and could be long. This sr files can then be opened with the "Open" menu item.

When used you can increase or decrease the word speed display this the pad (up and bottom) or directly with the word per minute (mpm/wpm) displaying box. The start and stop of the word display can be achieved with the buttons start/stop or the pad middle button.

If the display is stopped you can advance or rewind with the pad left and right directions.

Finally you can quickly navigate in the text with the go menu.
