Your English is actually fairly good, likely better than mine (certainly better than my French), and i have been raised with the language. There are a few points where it seems you went with a literal translation of idiom that may be slightly confusing to some, but the sense of what you are trying to say gets through fine for me.

A couple points that stuck out..."This software accept text files" Regular usage would be either "This software will accept text files" or This software accepts text files.

"The software sources, witch are develop un c# for .NET (be indulgent, but you can criticize, thi is my first soft), no resource file to open it directly under Visual Studio, I have to make some code cleaning."

Wrong "witch" you want the word "which." Might be easier to leave it out entirely. Suggested phrasing: "The source code, developed in C# for .NET (be kind, but constructive criticism is welcome, this is the first program I have released), I haven't released a resource file to open directly in Visual Studio, I want to clean up the code a bit first."

Of course variants on my suggestion that are less verbose are also welcome... **grin**

Since i use a smartphone, i will have to wait a bit before actually trying your software. But it looks like a good idea at least.
